Are you accepting new patients?

We always welcome new patients! As a new patient, your initial appointment will include a comprehensive exam, X-rays, a cleaning and a consultation. During te discuss your treatment plan, payment options and schedule any future appointments.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major dental insurance plans and file the claims for you.  Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP). We do recommend you contact your insurance provider to verify if we are in your network.

Does the office offer braces?

We do provide preventive and comprehensive orthodontic care. Contact the office for a consultation.

How much will my initial visit be?

Do you see children?

Yes! Three years old is a good age to bring your child for their first “happy” visit. We want to create a positive and trusting first experience. Instilling a positive image of going to the dentist will help ease any apprehension.

Is the office wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it is. Please let us know ahead of time if we need to make any special arrangements. We strive to make every visit as comfortable as possible.

Are X-rays and exams really necessary?

Dental exams and X-rays are important to maintain your dental health. This allows the dentist to identify problems early to prevent future pain and costly procedures. Many diseases and conditions can only be detected using X-rays. It is impossible to see between the teeth or the surrounding bone without the use of dental radiographs. Bitewings are the “cavity detecting” X-rays that are taken once a year. A panoramic X-ray is a picture of your whole mouth, including teeth, bone, and joints, that we take once every three to five years.

What are your fees?

The fees for services vary for every procedure. The best way to know the price of any procedure is to come in for an initial exam. Without an evaluation, it is impossible for us to know the cost of your treatment.

What are my payment options?

We offer flexible payment plans through CareCredit.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Sometimes appointments are missed due to unforeseen circumstances. We encourage you to call our office if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment. To keep fees down and help our office to provide the best care for everyone, we urge our patients to keep scheduled appointments or call in advance to reschedule.
